Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 1 1/2 cup
Whole spices (garam masala powder) 1tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Dry coriander crushed 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1tsp
Whole black pepper 7 pcs
Cloves 7pcs
Butter 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Garnishing
Ginger 1/3cup julienne cut
Cilantro chopped
Green chillies chopped 2_3
Qasuri methi 1 tbsp

Method
Add oil add ginger garlic paste in oil and cook for a while .add in chicken and cook till chicken changes colour.add in finely chopped tomatoes and whole black pepper and cloves. Add salt red chilli powdered and crushed , crushed coriander and cook for two minutes add chopped onion or onion paste (slightly fry onion and blend with half cup of water)and yogurt and cook for fow minutes covering karahi with lid. Remove lid and add in roasted and crushed cumin, qasuri methi and cook till gravy leave oil add lemon juice , butter, black pepper p and garam masala powder.Garnish with Ginger , green chillies and chopped cilantro.
