Potato cheese parathay
Recipe
For filling
1 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup cheese (chadder and mozzarella)
2tbsp green chillies chopped
1 small onion chopped
1tsp salt
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2tsp black pepper
1tsp chilli sauce
1tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
For dough
1 cup flour
4tbsp grated cheese
1tbsp oil
1/2tsp salt
Water to make dough
Method
Add flour salt oil and cheese in a bowl and rub with hand .add water and make stiff dough.
Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour.
Fry onion in 1 tbsp butter add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes until well combined. Roll a small quantity of dough and make it paper thin round . Put filling and spread and cover with another thin layer of dough.use water for binding. shallow fry paratha and serve hot .
