Chicken Nuggets
Perfect recipe of chicken nuggets
1/2 kg chicken mince
1onion chopped and slightly squeezed
2_3 green chillies chopped
1tsp mustard paste
Crumbs of 2 bread slices
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/4tsp garlic powder(optional)
1 tbsp soyasauce
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, make in to the shape of nuggets. Coat the nuggets with cornflour mixture then beaten eggs and recoat with crushed cornflakes ,freeze for one hour before frying.
Cornflakes mixture
500gm cornflakes
Cornflour 1/3 cup
flour1/3 cup
Crush in chopper
