Tender and juicy
Hot shots
For marination
1/2 kg chicken boneless cubes
1tsp salt
1/2tsp crushed red chillies
1/2tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard paste
1tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp vinegar
Half egg
Marinate chicken with above all ingredients for atleast 2 hours
For paste
4tbsp all purpose flour
4tbsp corn flour
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1tsp chilli sauce
1/2tsp baking powder

Make a thick paste with chilled milk
Now dip marinated chicken in the paste and coat in dry flour(all purpose flour) with soft hands and deep fry on medium flamee
