Ingredients

Evaporated milk 1/2 cup

Condenced milk 1 cup

Heavy cream 200ml (nestle)

whipping cream 250ml

milk 1/4 cup

coffee 1 tsp

chocolate 50 g

Method

In a sauce pan heat milk and desolve coffee. remove from heat and mix shreded chocolate and keep and keep in room temprature.

in a bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks.

in a bowl beat chilled evaporated milk until double in volume add in heavy cream and beat for 5 minutes. add condenced milk and beat for a while . add in whiped cream and chocolate coffee mixture and put in freezer in a airtight bowl

for at least 6 hours
