Home Made Nutella

Ingredients

1 egg yolk

heavy cream (nestle ,haleeb)200gm

cadbury dairy milk chocolate 100g

dark chocolate 30 g

white chocolate 30 g

milk 3 tbsp

sugar 2 tbsp

method

whisk cream, yolk,sugar and milk in a pan and cook .stir continuously until it becomes thick like custard .remove from heat and add in all  grated chocolate and mix. you can add  hazel nuts also.

note (if you do not like cadbury ,then add in only cooking chocolate 160 g)
